    A 45 minute class that combines aspects of Pilates Mat, Yoga and Functional Movement exercises. Focusing physically on improving overall range of motion, strength and flexibility and mentally on creating balance and relaxation. This is a full body workout that will make you sweat! Modifications are given so all levels can follow along and feel accomplished. Required material: yoga mat, yoga blocks and strap.
